Our people make us who we are

We service some of the biggest banks in America. That speaks volumes about our ambition and drive as a company and we’re always on the lookout for like-minded and motivated people. While we operate in a very team-based work environment, there is still a huge amount of autonomy in roles for those willing to take on the responsibility.

Support comes as second nature to us—from supporting clients through their challenges, or welcoming new hires into the fold, or simply rolling up our sleeves and helping each other out. Nobody is cast adrift and left alone to deal with problems. We buddy up new hires with experienced colleagues to train them in and have weekly 1-to-1 catch ups with managers. All of us endeavor to help, take ownership, show leadership and look out for each other.

We are a very human-centered company. We hire for attitude, as much as aptitude, and have fun and enjoy each other's company. Everyone plays their part in the continued success of Aspen Grove. Some of us have been here for over 20 years. We all feel a great sense of pride in positively impacting the lives of our clients and their homeowners.

We have nurtured a friendly team-oriented environment and believe in a healthy work-life balance. We all get along, and enjoy regular get-togethers with our sports and social club. From online and offline activities, nights at the races, DJ parties, family open days and BBQs, we like to let our hair down on occasion and have a bit of craic.

Nothing stands still in this industry. We embrace new challenges and take on new ideas and insights.
